A completion/performance guarantee is a guarantee provided by the guarantor that a project would be finished within the agreed time schedule and on budget.
Guarantees are a way of protecting the Financier/Funders interest in the Project. The Guarantor will either step in and complete the project or financially remunerate the Financier/Funder.

Gemini Guarantees provides complete oversight to protect the interests of the Financiers/Funders, which in turn provides the necessary peace of mind for the successful completion of a project.
